Hi everyone! My name is Leela and I'm a newbie to the forums but not to bodybuilding/exercise. Though I must admit that I am more of a cardio exerciser than one who utilizes weights. Why am I here? I just love everything having to do with fitness and so on. I certainly hope you can welcome a girl like me here.

Anyway, it's great to be here. I hope to gain some sound advice and make some neat friends!
