starting to carb deplete - Armstrong - 09-24-2015

I might start depleting for about 7-10 days depending how I feel, then load up on training days with slin, for people who done this before I got a question..Im on 10iu slin PWO at the moment, should I drop slin for the 10 days that im depleting? ill keep everyone posted on my results
