Whats your reason you became a dedicated lifter? I started lifting like a madman in the fall of 2005. I got made fun of in college for being to scrawny by a jock and he always called me "lil man" each time he talked to me. That drove me insane, so I started at 140ish lbs now im at 230lbs.I think its safe for me to say that he wont be calling me lil man anytime soon lol.

When someone picks on you, that is enough motivation one needs. I feel the same way. Yea, he won't be calling you that anymore, unless he is an offensive lineman for a NFL team.

I have yet to run into him lol. I do hear that he goes to my gym from time to time so I am looking forward to it lol.
