I normally do, unless I have plans. Out camping right now. Just came into town for supples. It is is a real light workout on Saturdays though. Short low impact cardio session, hydrate, half hour in the steam room, and then a few laps in the pool and it's a wrap.

never lift at weekends
i feel its familly time or time fishing when can
so only mon-fri for me and have 9-5 job and train during lunch hour so just fits for me
