For the past 6 months I have been really busting my ass with little gains. I have been doing a very strict diet and of course alot of lifting. Gains are not comeing easy for me anymore. I think its about time to up the anny if ya know what i mean!! I have been doing some research and I would say that I only know the basic info so any help with building a cycle for me would be very much appreciated.
