First Cycle - captkel - 05-06-2010

Going to start my first cycle soon. Planning to do Test-E 500 mg weekly, split 2 injections 250 mg each Monday and Thursday. Also first 4 weeks 20-30 mg D-Bol, split 2 times a day, (morning and noon). For PCT have Clomid 50 mg and Nolva 20 mg. At what point during this cycle should I begin PCT and how much of the Clomid and Nolva should I use and for how long? Have read numerous posts on this and have not found exactly what I am looking for. Any input would be appreciated. Would like to keep it as simple as possible.

PCT starts 2 weeks after last injection.

Day 1 – Clomid 200mg + Nolvadex 40mg
Following 10 days – Clomid 50mg + Nolvadex 20mg
Following 10 days – Clomid 50mg or Nolvadex 20mg
