Hey guys, new here - imnotaWlifter - 01-05-2015

Hey guys and Gals... New to the site I was an avid and loyal member of MUSCLEDISCUSSION.COM for a long time, fell on some hard times and just found out the site is no longer. Anyways looking for a new home and figure I would give this one a shot as it seems that it has a great deal of info. About me im 32 have been in the iron game since I was 17. My stats 5'11 237 ( alittle on the fluffy side to be honest) bodyfat is around 12/14% abs are visible but not what they used to be ahahah. anyways just looking to introduce my self and if anyone here knows what happened to MD forum or some of the boys are here like daddydog, leadfarmer,Mrs.P, etc give me ashout...
