Hi folks. I'm not exactly new to the site, but I am new posting on it. I'm a 55 year old guy who has been working out pretty much all my adult life. I stayed toned for the most part, but achieving muscle mass wasn't really a goal for me until about 3 years ago. I had to take a break from the heavy lifting last summer to recover from neck surgery. When I got back into it last fall, I had a lot of catching up to do. A friend of mine turned me onto the HM website. Although I havent posted much on the site, I have made a couple of purchases through the GBN Store. Huge Tom has been very helpful and friendly. Thanks again Tom, for everything.
