Hi I'm new to the bodybuilding world. I'm a TRT case due to unknown reasons and trying to research on how to safely use my test cyp so any ideas would be greatly appreciated. I get 10 ml vial's every month at 200 mg/ml my dose is 200 mg every two weeks.

both, i guess my biggest concern is the over production of red blood cells.

most peoples first cycle is 500mg per week of test e
i dont really know for trt
