Hello everyone, I have been lurking about for a couple months and finally decided to join in the convos.

I was always athletic in life till I was left the US Army. I gain 150lbs in a couple years and just accepted it as the new norm.

So last June I said enough. I hit 198lbs on Monday for the first time in 11 years. Feels good!
