Hi,

I'd like to do a t3/clen cycle. Just need some help on the dosages.

Whats a good dosage for T3?

I've done this dosage of Clen in the past 2 weeks on 2 weeks off...

Day 1 20mcg
Day 2 40mcg
Day 3 60mcg
Day 4-5 80mcg
Day 6-12 100mcg
Day 13 80mcg
Day 14 60mcg

With T3 you should start off on 25mcg(1 tab) then after a few days increase to 50mcg(2 tabs) increase by 25mcg(1 tab) every few days but don't go over 100mcg(4 tabs per day), you can use T3 for up to 6 weeks.

When using T3 it's a good idea to also take Testosterone as the T3 will eat your muscle!! I mean, you will lose weight but a lot of it will be muscle weight

clen dosage looks fine, between 80 and 120mcg is fairly normal range
