Hello all,

I have been working on and off with Tom and GBN for about a year now and I figured I would just share some of my experience. Tom is a great rep and all around solid individual. He does what he says he is going to do and always looks out for the community that buys from him... think of all those sales and contests, yeah people take them for granted and you shouldn't many businesses do just fine without such offerings.

I have had two instances where I received suspect stuff (which was not in the least his fault) and he resolved the problem immediately.

The shipping is pretty punctual and the gear is always quality. This is why he has been stuck dealing with my bullshit for a year.

This is a great post.

I would guess that Huge Tom must be working his balls off sorting us all out. There is nothing but praise on this forum, therefore not only are customers putting in repeat orders but his list of new customers must be growing all the time.

I'm about to make my second order already. I'll confess to being a bit worried the first time around, but not any more. All I need to do is be a bit more patient. There's no thing as next day delivery in this business.

Im about the same, been doing business with HT for almost a year. Being in a service industry myself i have to say that Tom and the team at GBN are great. Quick to respond and has always resolved any issues including a re-ship at no cost to me. Having a rep that stands by his word is hard to find in this game and these guys are the exception.
