Hey guys I just joined. Im 38 father from just outside Philadelphia. I just started lifting 3mo ago. Before that I pretty much
sat my ass. Playing video games and beer was my hobby.Now working out is my hobby! I started at 263 and I am down to 247. Until now I never been able to stick to going to the gym until I started lifting weights. So I joined up here so i can learn more since I am still a newb!
