water damn i have the water retention. my socks leave divits in my legs when i take them off.

so what it the best way to rid myself of this issue?

im on a 750mg a week test p cycle in my 11th week one more to go
i take 20 mg novaldex daily

help me get dry

hows the diet? Hows your sodium intake? Test will add "some" water retention but not to an extreme

That could and is most likely your culprit for your water retention

1. Watch salt intake
2. Drink more water
3. Eat 1 banana per day it is high in potassium thus will reduce retention of water.
4. Use some natural vitamin C
5. I dont think nolva will help a lot at this point instead use an AI like arimidex 1 tab ED or EOD.
