So what do you have?

In my area the good gym is a long way away so i built my own mainly through government auctions of used equipment

here is what i have that i use.

I found that my stuff is better than the local gym

I have

a weider smith rack
incline bench
decline bench
iron hex dumbells 5,10,15,20,25,30,35,40,45,50,55
dumb bell rack
2 Olympic straight bars
one Olympic ez curl bar
20x 45 plates
20x 35 plates
10x 25 plates
10x 10s,5s,2.5,

hammer strength ground base jumper
life fitness bench press, triceps machine, lat pull down machine, cross trainer elliptical, treadmill
master dual crossover cable set
hammer strength inner/outer leg abductor machine
leg curl machine

im looking for a shoulder press and a leg press machine

everything i have is all commercial stuff no home gym crap

im building mirror walls now those are cheap and easy to do

Plus I have free weights and adjustable bench, ab wheel, jump rope, ellipitcal(hubs uses it)


Pullup bar


I wake up to the gym, it is pretty awesome.

Don't do much at home but I have a Smith machine and Powertec bench with about 300kg of weights and a couple of bars and a few sets of dumbells

under 1500.00 for all the equipment

you can build a 4x6 mirror for 40 bucks ( i have one and will add 3 more this week)

the building is part of a business i just closed down after returning form Afghanistan

Still looking for a leg press and a shoulder press BUT the hammer strength ground base jammer works as a shoulder press. You just have to adjust your position a bit but it really isolates the work.
