Besides protein, what is the ONE, over the counter, meaning not govt regulated, supplement you just cannot live without?

Curious to see what people are taking and why. My supplement, well its caffeine, mainly in the form of coffee but will take a pill once in a while. Without caffeine, people around me would have their lives in jeopardy!!!:what:

Not a big vitamin guy myself. I prefer to gain my nutrients via food and just always felt most of the vitamins makeup is pissed away rather than absorbed. I did look at this item online. A bit curious and not opposed to buying it once to see if I feel a difference other than neon greenish yellow urine!
