Hey bro ive never had ephedrine but it is a stim you will get shakes how bad seems to be how sensitive you are kina how some people get all shakey and hyped up on a tiny bit of caffine kinda... but alot better clearly i like it id give it a 7-8 out of 10 so very good

I typically workout in the evenings around 6-6:30 at the latest and am concerned that even after hour and half to two hours in tha gym I will have problems sleeping.

well clen should be taken through out the day but id say take your last tab at 5pm or just before clen as an active life of about 8 hours should be fine to sleep on doe depends how you react. common sides are shaking (hands jaw and so on) dry mouth, some people get headaches some people can feel a bit sick but most sides are the dry mouth and shaky hands. remember take on tab on day one and work your way up no need to go over 120mcg a day and becasue your not getting sides doesnt mean its not working to many people chase the sides to me thats like looking to get gyno on a cycle lol and 2 weeks on 2 weeks off and your golden

Great thanks for the help barman, sounds like I should take it no later than 3 pm since a redbull after 5 makes me not able to sleep til 12 or so lol !
