new to this site heard good things about it from another member .I have been training for about 4 years now .still making adjustments after all these years trying to find what works the best for my body.anyone who says its easy or the same thing works for everyone i dont mind saying your full of it.Its been a journey and i love training .i love everything about traing minus the wishey washeyness or purchasing gear but it just seems like thats a part of the deal.i from Texas, southlake to be exact .i have a wealth of knowledge and alot of questions.i might ask and your welcome to ask ill help if i can..thanks yall.
