Quick update, gbn replied back quickly (via web ticket within 12hrs) and assured shipping would be on 11th due to holiday changes.

The answer to this delay is simple, we opened a new warehouse in a country where postal service will not work until 11 Jan (we also did not know about this) so we would kindly ask you to wait a few days more.

GBN has been very responsive to my questions, this helped with my decision to add 2 items to my order. The GBNstore admin made the adjustments to my original order as I requested, all I had to do was make additional payment via AlertPay (no additional shipping charge ).

I have to hand it to the GBNstore bros for the excellent customer service .
