It is very hard for me to do this, when I see people which I do not like for any reason, be it their clothes, lifestyle or they way they think I get angry and I want that my discussion with them will be as short as possible. However I know people who are totally indifferent to all these things and they can talk in the same manner with anyone.
Is something wrong with me?

There are days when I don't head bunt somebody in the mouth! I seem to have a short fuse, but as long as I don't open my mouth and say something I usually don't lay my hands on the person. Its when I say something, that my hands fly before I finish talking. Its best to look the other way- unless they say somethig to you. Then again, the world has become feminized. BTW my fuse is NOT juice related. I've always been this way.

Today I chased a guy through the mall. He started it and ran away. I feel sorry for the next guy I get a hold of. No more passes from beatings anymore. Angry? yeah and i'll back it up. I'm actually the guy that would give you the shirt off my back. I'm angry when pushed to my limit. I'm at my limit. Someones getting hurt.

Omni you sound just like me if im honest. is it really how you want to be though because i know i dont, i find that because of my anger issues and short fuse my relationships start to suffer , eithor with friends , girlfriends or family. im actually at a all time low at the minute and have a doctors appointment today to see if i can get anti depressents and anger management! ill keep you updated on what happens !

Im not over 40, im only 18 but I can get very stressed, ive put holes in doors etc in my younger years and I dont think my diabeties has helped. Im ALOT better now and find training helps alot

Only when provoked I can get mean. I was at the dog beach in Huntington when I guy tried to start a fight with me over my dog peeing on him. I said sorry over ten times offered to buy him a new shirt did everything to defuse. Ten mins later walks up to me demanding money, I am with my girl and my son by the way. I told him to get away several times even my girl did. He took his glasses off I felt threatened, I picked him off the ground by his chest threw him and he flew in the sand I told him that was his warning shot and to walk away. He did yelling at me "go lift some more weights" I teach my son to walk away defend yourself but maintain control. I have been in some good ones however I like to be nice to everyone and treat everybody with respect unless provoked.

I'm generally quite pleasant. However, I've noticed energy supplements (more so than anabolics) make me quite short and pissy after my workouts. I've gotta try to stay away from all those uppers.
