Hi, i know i dont post much on here but I do check in daily so just wondered if I might ask a little advice.
I have been on TRT for 8 months. For the past 8 weeks I've been taking 250mg weekly of Test-e or Sustanon. This is because i have to have what ever one is available.
I had bloods done a few weeks ago and they came back @
Oestriadiol- 330pmol/L (0-200)
Testosterone- 50.1 nmol/L (9-31)
So I started Arimidex 0.5mg twice weekly. This has lowered my Oestriadiol somewhat, to what degree I dont know as I have not had further bloods done yet.
I now plan to increase the Test-e to 250mg twice weekly for a 12 week cycle.
My question is, do you think that this amount of AI will be sufficient given the blood results.
Diet is sorted,
Training is sorted.

I would use the Arimidex at 1 tab every other day, From past experience that has always done it for me

try .5 get blood if you can and if still to high move up to 1. adex is expensivebut has little sides so going straight to 1 would definately not be a bd idea.
