Welcome to the board. First i would like to Thank you for serving our great country, it is very much appreciated.
40 years old is like the new 20, so its great to see you still hitting the weights. If you can tell me what your weight is currently at and also your height. I can give you more info on what you can do.

Welcome aboard. The rip portion is hard but not impossible. Keep a clean diet, a lot of cardio and hit he gym frequently. Routines are going to be based on basics like 3 sets of 10-12. Focus in form, resistance, repetitions. And if you can train with a partner to keep you in the right track, do it. Check the site. We have here a lot of supplement, training and nutrition information. Use it in your advantage.
