Nope. Everytime I do it seems just about the time to lift some ahole jumps on the squat rack so he can do curls with the bar. If I see the piece of equipment I want to start with is open I jump on it and just warm up there.

for me it depends how stiff i am after work. i get a good bit of cardio there so when i go to lift i usually do a couple sets of stairs and jumping jacks just to get the HR up and blood moving again for stretches.
