We've all gotten stuck under a bar with way too much weight on it, or had the plates come crashing off in an unsteady and unprepared set. What's the most embarrassing thing you've ever done in the gym? Be honest and leave a comment below!

I was doing seated rows once and got talking to a lad I know, I was putting the weight up, still talking to him.
I proper yanked on it expecting it to be heavy and the 1 plate fucking rocketed to the top because I'd not even put the pin in.

I looked like a proper spack

hahaha I've never done that but have seen a few do it

It's one of them times where you don't want to laugh out loud at someone but everybody is in the gym sniggering to themselves hahaha

i done the same with a lot less weight!!lol
