All the journals where excellent which made it extremely difficult to choose a winner, After a lot of reading and pondering we finally came to a decision.[/SIZE]
All members that took part will receive a gift from one of our sponsors so can you all please pm admin with your postal details.
[SIZE="3"][COLOR="Black"]The winner was chosen by taking all things in to account such as gains, physique change, how well documented the the journal was.
As I said it was a very difficult decision but we have a winner.[/COLOR][/SIZE]
