Starting on the forum, after my first cycle. I am in need of deep help as the man who was helping me knows a lot, but no commitment at all, so, I barely ended it up. Now, I don't even now the type of training I should be doing.

Started at 18, always tried to become a bodybuilder, but my body had a different idea. Grew stronger, not bigger. Now I am 34, and I am going for another chance.
