Hey folks..
Just registered at this forum and hope it's the right place for asking help. Maybe this topic has been discussed before, but I can't find anything under search. Wondering How much meat and fat are you eating on a daily basis? What ratio of protein/fat does this constitute? If you are not sure how much meat do you eat then please share your estimate.
