No more dreading injections!! - tiny - 01-09-2011

I've been cycling on and off for about 8 years. I always rotate my injection spots, but the primary ones I use are quads/glutes/delts/tris. However I've also done bis/lats/calves many times. Over time I've begun to dread my injections and sometimes even miss them because I don't want to feel the sting. I've just recently figured out the solution to my problem though. I do my injections after a really hot shower now and honestly I can barely (often NO AT ALL) even feel the needle....I seriously have to double check half the time to make sure it's really in. The sight soarness is a different story but my battle with the dread of injecting is officially over. If you haven't tried this way do it and let me know how it works for you.

Im going to give that a try. I stick to outer thighs/legs. I dont have scar tissue built up or anything. But i also do shoulders.
