Front Squat vs Back Squat - OlympicJudgement - 04-21-2026

I tried both and its hard for me to do the front squat. I wonder how much difference in quads development will front squat give versus back squat.

What is your experience.

I mostly do back squats however sometimes when I want to shock muscles in a diffent way I do front squats but with lower weight because my shoulders wont approve

If its hard to do front squats you have one more reason to do classic back squats.
