but can you hold card for both IFBB and NABBA i thought IFBB say they dont like there competitors competing in any other feds

Back at it , not 100% but using lighter weights and higher reps! more volume. Since I'm looking to compete in the classic division I know I cannot gain much weight this offseason so mass accumulation and overall size will not bend goal anymore . I don't need to be 280, and have all the things that come along with that
