The 15 days applies generally after the transaction reflects as shipped. However, you previously stated it was not updated yet. Was the money collected at least, as per the site?

LOL it was shipped on the 15th of January, expected Feb5th, per the site. as far as tracking nothing ever showed up, but others have said that this has happened to them, tracking never showed, but package came.
Hoping for tomorrow is the lucky day

Honestly, be patient, it will arrive. Treat yourself to an OTC product you have yet to use to bridge the time. It will act as a placebo, mentally until the good stuff arrives.
