ive only run prop once, but there was zero pain from it. but at the time i wasnt pinning my quads, i rotated delts/glutes. now i pin my quads regularly, but ive been using 25x1's. i pin the outside of the thigh, i tried to pin the teardrop of my inner thigh a few times, but it hurt real bad and was bruised for days.

funnily enough i've never had the same problem with Prop, I have only ever used pharma grade prop though, just don't like the frequency of injections,
I'm happy at 2 a week lol

Hi All

I have just finished my first 10wk cycle of Test E plus dbol for 6Wks but the first 4wks of inj test was a nightmare the inj was fine but the three days after had real bad dead leg. After the the 4th wk all i got was a little dull pain n that was it. There ya go my little input hope it helps someone

Thats just from virgin muscles, my delts and glutes were HURTIN on my first cycle
