Current stack is gen-shi sus 500mgs weekly
gen-shi eq 400mgs
feeling very strong!
Eating alot of food! And i can feel my metabolism starting to seriously pick up!

Basiclly diet goes x number of macros per meal
all foods come from protein chicken,fish,lean turkey, egg whites
Carbz oats, potatoes(redskin/sweet) rice(jasmine/brown)
fats coconut oil main staple (one meal peanut butter)
Otc supps whey iso, bcaa,glutamine,creatine,hbcd,waxy maize
preworkout im a fan of prosupps hyde
intra i use 50grams hbcd 10gramzs bcaa, 5grams creatine, 5grams glutamine
Post training 40grams whey iso 60grams waxy maize 5grams creatine 5glutamine 2cups of cereal fruity pebbles gets the job done

Day 1 fasted cardio 20mins. Time to give my metabolism a boost. Dont wanna start of to crqzy so ill be doing fqsted cardio 3xs wk until i feel i need to add more. Dieting ahould be slow and steady. over the past year ive learned my body responds better to having more food added as i get leaner not less. Ill keep you guys posted
