I been cruising at 250 mgs of test for a couple months and questioning whether or not to add eq to my next blast? which well be for 20 weeks. the thing is i m prone to anxiety and never ran eq before so I will run it low.

1-20 test 750
1-20 deca 400
1-20 eq 400

will drop to a 250 mgs of test after after 20 weeks.

I would choose one or the other between Deca and EQ.
My choice would be EQ

I agree with Crew38. No need to run both. Too similar.

20 weeks is a long cycle.

Be aware that Deca can elevate your prolactin levels (I'd also suggest doing a search on EQ & prolactin). Cabergoline, and Pramipexole are two drugs that bodybuilders will use to combat elevated prolactin - that is if you start to experience prolactin induced sides (e.g. poor erections, low libido). If you are running Deca, or EQ, you want to run some form of test with either, and doing this can mitigate your experiencing sides from elevated prolactin.

Now, and this is just a suggestion, I would stop the deca or EQ two to three weeks before stopping the test, that way the test can maintain your libido and ability to get erections, while your prolactin levels return to normal.

OK I did test deca last cycle at 750 test and 400 deca.. should I up the daca or what I really wanna do is add another compound. what would you add? I wanna keep the deca low because I get no pregestone or prolaction sides at that dose. thanks

If you don't get any sides at that dose, why not stay at that dose for your next cycle, and add 5 weeks of an oral like Anadrol or Dbol at the start of the cycle?

I jump started my last cycle with 5 weeks of Dbol at 80mg/day. 40mg in the AM, and 40mg in the evening.

I'm planning to do the same with my next cycle. Plus, I'll take several weeks off of the Dbol after the initial 5 weeks, and then run some Anadrol 50.

Get some Grapefruit juice to drink when (if?) you're taking the Dbol - A glass of grapefruit juice makes dianabol more effective

whats the reason people are saying use one or the other out of intrest
your cycle is what i last run and loved it
was only 15wks and droped deca and EQ week 12
but loved it EQ really ramps my appitie and works well with deca
