im in my 3rd week of 6
45mg anabol a day split in 3 tabs morning noon and night

Just not seeing much result

u won't see much with such a low dose and not running test along with it...dbol as that dose will act more like a supplement..you'll get minor effects...also you need to pound the food...dbol increases protein synthesis...eat, train, sleep, grow!!!

You got to eat big on it. If your not eating aton of lean foods proteins then you wont see much size increase.

I remember i did a oral only cycle of it with out any test and i gained 13lbs, only kept about 7. But it was worth it.

I would suggest you add test, but if you dont want test just add alot more food.

you need to be eating big, I also think that the dosage is too low.
When your a beginner 45 to 50mg per day is fine, but it's too low for an experienced user.
I would suggest 75mg per day and see how you get on, personally I find less than 75mg a waste of time nowadays and I would normally use Dbol at 100mg per day

thanks ill up the dose and really concentrate of the protein intake.
so do i write off the first three weeks and just start over? or go ahead and still count them in the 6 week cycle

It is already in your blood stream so 3 more weeks of it I think will be enough if you up the dose. Then it goes to 9 weeks which is not a very smart thing to do.

You said it's from GBN but what brand is it?

Maybe it's underdosed

6 weeks max unless you're tapering up and down, then you could do 8 weeks
