Welcome to the board. I am also very new here.

I work out at a local gym and I have a bench, a multi-station machine, preacher bench and bar, a heavy bag, and a dumbell rack in my basement.
Now, if I can only get some HEAT in there!

So that's how you say it "sis?" or "Sister" as opposed to Bro?

On my other board I usually call girls/women by their avatar because I was unshure if it was cool to say "Sister."
