Great product and I think you can use it even if you are not on cycle for prophylaxis reason.

You'll find hot lemon-aid (homemade fresh squeezed) first thing in morning on empty stomach and also prunes at night increase bile production right away.
There is evidence that 2-3 grams of vitamin c do exactly what this Liv 52 claims to do.
Tell me, does the FDA back up the Liv 52? Cause it sounds great.

Don t know about you but i dislike the appetite increase from liv-52.
