What protein would you recommend?

I want a pure protein shake low in carbs, what did you try and liked? I tried different but want to know your experience. Thank you.

Reflex Instant Whey, tried most but always go back to this one, does what it says, would recomend any of the Reflex stuff!

bump !

Price plays a big place in protein especially if your using 2 + tubs a month !

ironabs 11-23-2009 03:28 PM

I use protein shakes but not every month because of money. However I put accent on eggs and fish. Good luck to everyone.

Badboy 03-11-2010 10:56 AM

I prefer Gaspari myofusion but i would like to try musclemilk, once i tried cytosport whey and it was great.

Cornish_Celt 03-11-2010 12:01 PM

Musclemilk is very good but expensive! i really liked it:)

Robbie 03-11-2010 02:51 PM

musclemilk is great but as CC says its very expensive as you go through it really quick.

I just stick to cheap whey nowadays such as body fortress from holland and barretts, true whey from myprotein and whatever is on offer else where lol , if i wanna add some carbs i just stick my shake in a blender , add bananas , oats , icecream. seems to work ok for me !

use ON 100% Whey Gold Standard

PdH 06-22-2010 01:36 PM

I get my whey from truesupplements (Canadian) and I also hear that trueprotein (U.S. based) is good as well. When you take 3 shakes a day you have to balance quality with price. :)
