Benefits: Often forgotten about as nutrition, Water has so many incredible benefits. Water is best known as a cleanser and also helps protect your body from damage (acting as a shock absorber to your joints and skin.) Another aspect is as a "solvent" which allows nutrients like sodium and potassium to dissolve in your body. As 60% of our body consists of water, it is essential for ensuring full functionality of our blood, skin and organs

Best taken: We recommend drinking at least 2-3 liters of water a day. Whilst exercising, make sure you stay hydrated. This is best done by sipping at the water rather than gulping as this could hinder your performance

I always advise to my clients to have a small bottle of water with them where ever they go.
