Just bought Dymatize Elite 12 Hour Protein
 

here was posted a review on this product, I had a chance to take it for good price so I took 2kg, for now I can say I like the taste (banana nut) and my stomach feels good.
I drink it before going to sleep as there is a combination of whey and casein protein.

After training I use whey MuscleTech Protein.

i have been using 12 hr for a while the way i do my shake routine i use there iso 100 in am w breakfast then afternoon after lunch 12 hr right brfore bed a 12 hr ths just way ialways did it been great not crazy bout then bannana one usually choclate but taste great no stomach ache no bad aftertaste good protien!

just got the Berry one has the worst after taste ever! :(
