How much Protein?
How much Protein in the form of shakes do you get a day?
Is there a minimum? I am not bulking too big. More cutting and gaining lean muscle. Thanks for the help. |
Better do this way. Multiply 2-2,5 to your weight in kgs and that will be the amount you need. Then you can take either from meat either from protein shakes. And one more thing to remember is that your body can not digest more than 30-40grams at once.
