Lipo 6 By nutrex is good. Recommended only if you are serious body builder. If want just fitness then go for L-Carnitine

never used any otc weight loss supps , always thought they were a waste of $$

Honestly I've tried a few fatloss sups and they all make you overly jittery (Stacker 3 made my hands shake). Diet works best followed by Cardio followed by gear
