This is more or less what I use. At the moment I'm taking fish oil, vit c, zinc, potassium, magnesium, calcium, choline, inositol and a B complex. Never found any other supposedly muscle building supp to be worth it. Except maybe creatine. You just can't beat test or tren etc etc ps I think I'm trying to say that various forms of whey are the only bodybuilding supplements I take on a regular basis.
