Your Progress....over months, years etc
Always gives me motivation to see and hear about people reaching goals and achieving new things.How do you look, feel now since you started lifting etc.....are you stronger,bigger more knowledgeable, how has your training changed?I remember when i 1st walked into a gym, 30kg was placed on the bench for me to press and it felt like the heaviest thing in the world to me, how times change.Progress Pics, story's....share!!

I remember about 5 years ago I could hardly bench the bar with nothing on it. Now I bench almost 300lbs @ 195lbs bw. Still have a long ways to go but it's cool when you look back at the logs you kept when you first set foot in a gym.
