I totally disagree with the no simple carbs after 1pm and cutting out fats. A calorie deficit is all it takes to loose fat. As long adequate protien and fats are consummed the rest of your calories can be filled with whatever macro you want and eaten at any time of day as long as it adds up to a deficit at the end of the day.
excess calories make people fat, not carbs at night or fat. |

I have to agree with James , However I do know that the healthier one eats the easier it is and faster it is WHILE keeping the caloric intake down. Your body is able to use the nutrients of the healthy foods, instead of storing and burning muscle. This is what I recall anyways.
