Why do you like bodybuilding?
 

Let's discuss this subject here. What are the reasons you like it and why you go for it?

I will begin: I like bodybuilding because of the self-discipline it gives me and this helps me in each sphere of my life. This is fantastic.

as said self-discipline, also before bodybuilding i was extremely shy, since getting bigger my self confidence has gone through the roof, and i feel much better in myself, the bigger i get the happier i get!

I can say that it helps me with my self-confidence and this is needed every day. I am more respected now when I am bigger then before.
Bodybuilding is the best remedy!

After I started to train my life changed in each field. I learned to put goals and achieve them and yeah, that is great.
