This may be caused by a past experiance or relationship , maybe you have been hurt by a loved one and find it hard to trust again , maybe a childhood experiance has made you look at people who are not like you in anger , there are many factors and you might not even know yourself , if you are worried about your anger issues i would go and see a doctor and explain how you feel !

well two simple answerrs could be going out and drinking with your guys or that lovely thing called puntang.... Naw but what WILL make you happy? First evaluate the subject of what your about to get mad at and you have two options. Either blow up at it or rethink it and just blow it off your shoulders. Currently in therapy for my anger issues and just giving you some input they are giving me. Its up to YOU to CONTROL how your attitude comes about the topic that your getting angry at
