I'm a floor installer. I have my own business. It has destroyed my knees so doing legs is a bit tough any more. I only have like two days that my knees will let me squat. Only front squats

Default Military

In the Army and man its tough on your diet. Going to the field for about a week at a time with nothing to eat but MRE's. 1200 calories a pack and its pretty much a bunch of carbs, CANT BEAT THEM RANGER BARS THO . As someone stated above my fridge is just tupperware. Come sunday night my wife and I spend an hour or so in the kitchen preparing the food for the week. Im the cheap ass that takes his lunch in his truck and eats haha....
