Have to say, I find it hard to take anything related to bodybuilding seriously from anyone who has a less impressive biceps shot than my own. And mine aint that great!

I see what he's saying looking good from bodybuilding does not mean that your healthy at all which I agree 100%, and when dieting down to the single digit bf numbers it does effect my all around feeling of well being but I think that when dieting down while on gear is different than doing it without. I've done it both ways and doing it while on gear is much easier and I feel much better than doing it without. Good video
