I've just been reading about something called Net Nitrogen Utilisation! Turns out that if you eat a 45 gram serving of Chicken Breast, the NNU is only 17%. That means your body will only be able to use 7.65 Grams. What?

Luckily for us, because nature has designed a shit body with a crap digestive system, there is company that has designed a product for us that offers a staggering 99% Net Nitrogen Utilization. This means that 99 grams out of 100 can be fully used by your body.

Come on, get real . . . Even if nature did get it wrong, which it didn't, this product is hardly likely to be the answer. I'm not going to name this product because I'm sure the advertising hype will be the same for loads more similar products. All I will say to anyone who does come across it, is please don't be fooled.
